For most browsers there is this fantastic extension: DARK READER. It’s done really well, easy to configuration and you can switch by light mode to dark mode (and viceversa) with one tap

If you use Chrome in your mobile device, you can activate the dark mode directly from the settings. Open CHROME -> SETTINGS -> THEMES -> DARK (similar in the other broswers)

WINDOWS 10

Go to SETTINGS -> PERSONALIZATION -> COLORS and choose DARK. This is the result:

macOS

Choose APPLE MENU -> SYSTEM PREFERENCES, click GENERAL, then select DARK:

Telegram

Telegam was one of the first applications to enable this functionality. Is just click on the MOON to switch between light mode-dark mode or NIGHT MODE in the PC Version

WhatApps

The dark mode of WhatApps is coming, but you can enable with the beta version. On the internet there are many sites that explain how to do it

Twitter/Facebook

Go to SETTINGS -> DISPLAY -> DARK MODE -> ON

In Google keyboards, you can choose a dark theme, this is the results:
